Biography:

Donald H. Heberer Jr. is a forward thinking educator that has both the personality and the drive to effectively bring change to the educational system. Donald is an Educational Technology Specialist and Teacher Integration Specialist in Suffolk County, New York.

In addition to his technology pursuits, Donald is also a certified Social Studies teacher in New York State. He maintains a Social Studies website where teachers and students can download lessons, graphic organizers and media to be used for classroom instruction. Don also teaches Advanced Graduate classes for Stony Brook University.

Some of Donald's interactive lessons have received state and national attention. For example, his Trivia Hero lesson template was a featured download at TeqSmart's SMART Board resource page and received a stellar review from the Tequipment staff. It also made their list of best lessons of 2008.

When Donald is not conducting an educational technology workshop, teaching a seminar or developing courseware, he oversees the operations of his educational fitness company, iGame4 LLC.
